Terms & Conditions — I Survived an Asian Mom Support Groups

By signing up for a support group session ("Session") offered by Lela Lee ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Service
These Sessions are peer support groups led by Lela Lee, a survivor and community facilitator — not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Sessions do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care, and are not a substitute for such care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Crisis Resources
This group is not equipped to respond to emergencies or mental health crises. If you are in crisis, having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or need immediate support, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988 (available 24/7 in the US), or call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are outside the US, please contact your local emergency services or crisis line.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Payment & Billing
Sessions are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the rate shown at signup. Your payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. If you sign up before your cohort's official start date, your first payment reserves your spot; any applicable credit or proration will be applied as described on the signup page.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated. To cancel, you can manage your subscription directly through your account settings.
5. Confidentiality
What is shared within a Session stays within that Session. Members agree not to record, screenshot, or share anything discussed by other participants outside the group. This is a mutual expectation among all members, not a guarantee we can enforce against every individual, and we are not liable for a member's breach of this expectation.
6. Code of Conduct & Removal
We reserve the right to remove any member from a Session, without refund for the current period, for behavior that is abusive, disruptive, breaches confidentiality, or is otherwise inconsistent with the respectful, supportive purpose of the group.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lela Lee and I Survived an Asian Mom Club are not liable for any emotional, psychological, financial, or other damages arising from participation in a Session. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
